In the following terms and conditions, 'this website' refers to astrologywithdestiny.com, and 'the astrologer' refers to Destiny Rogers. The services referred to in these terms and conditions are astrological consultations including birth chart overviews, tarot, and oracle card readings, and new & full moon readings.
Use of Information And Advice
The information received from this website or through any services provided by the astrologer does not replace the services of a trained mental health or medical professional. You acknowledge and accept that any action taken due to guidance or information from this website or from the astrologer is taken at your own discretion and risk. When participating in services with the astrologer, you acknowledge that the information offered and advice given is offered to the best of the astrologer's ability and knowledge. This website and astrologer do not make any guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of the information offered and/or advice given. This website and the astrologer are not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or actions taken by you, the client, or the website reader based on the information and/or advice provided to you by this website or the astrologer.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for services provided by the astrologer. You have the ability to cancel and reschedule appointments with the astrologer up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. You forfeit payment made for services when canceling or rescheduling appointments within 48 hours of appointment time. If the astrologer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment with you, the client, within 48 hours of the appointment time, you will be refunded the full amount of payment that you have made.
The 'Mastering the Moon Workshop' on Nov. 12th, 2023 is non-refundable.
Reschedules & Cancellations
You, the client, have the ability to reschedule an appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. The astrologer reserves the right to reschedule appointments with you, the client, at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. You always have the ability to cancel your scheduled appointment without forfeiting payment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Once payment is accepted, your ability to reschedule a previously canceled appointment does not expire if the appointment was canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Please email the astrologer in order to reschedule an appointment that you have canceled. See the contact information below.
The 'Mastering the Moon Workshop' on Nov. 12th, 2023 is unable to be rescheduled.
Use of Birth Data for Astrological Services
Birth data and information is needed to give the most quality and accurate astrological consultations possible. When receiving services from the astrologer, you willingly share your birth data and information with the astrologer. Birth data and information is not shared with anyone and is treated with the utmost confidentiality. The astrologer may ask your permission to share your birth data and information for educational purposes only. After your service is completed, you must let the astrologer know that you wish all of your birth data and information to be deleted from the astrologer's records.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
